My thoughts about the divine woman....Women are super heroes especially mothers.  The role of mother is a sacred and honored experience of deep communication,  joy, responsibility, exuberance, and balance. Birthing within your  vibration is a spiritual journey.  Bringing the energy of bonding into the women (goddess) is a lost experience.  The work I share with women who seek birth healing get to experience the  spiritual side of birth wellness.  You get honest insight into the depth of your soul that asks you to listen and be open to receive. You can know and embody healing.

The Art of a Healing Pregnancy

A spiritual birth revolution is occurring in the world of pregnancy and birth.  The minds of women and men across the globe believe it is our RIGHT to birth how we want and where we want: hospital birth, home birth, birth center or unassisted free birth.  In birth CHOICES there is a freedom to stay connected to the body and spirit.  A permission that must always be granted by the woman that births to keep her baby safe, while using intact wisdom and trust.  Women in prenatal and postnatal care want and desire to receive the utmost respect, safety, protection, honor, kindness, and fearless love.  Great prenatal care MUST always be received! In great care you need to expect updated evidence based knowledge from midwives and doctors who value the education of a woman's inner wisdom. 

I feel we can no longer can continue to blame the "system." It is about changing the system of birth from the inside of each women and men in order to help create and retrieve the power within that makes birth a sacred tradition and an earthy natural experience of procreation.  Why have we created a world that continues to distrust and fear women?  It is because women are incredibly amazing with an energy wealth of inner power that must be encouraged and activated.  Energies need and must change, but we must do it TOGETHER.      


This starts with YOU and being the advocate of change for the great spirit of humanity.  It is the maternity systems in each society that must provide amazing medical training to bring in unbiased information, free from fear based thinking, and being taught to follow an order of personal integrity, high education, deep empathy, a wealth of compassion, and most of all love of service.

(hospital interventions, cesarean birth, vaginal tearing, VBAC, & PTSD)

Check out these simple steps...towards wholeness!

*This is about YOU!  Be selfish...yes I said it...harness your spiritual selfishness by acting with SELF love and SELF kindness.  These are your top priorities as you have been through
the intensity of an unplanned and unseen birthing nightmare.   

*Lets start with the physical because it may be the easiest place for you to start and simple to do.  So create comfort in the physical body with (soft clothing, gentle yoga, massages, loads of heart  felt hugs, herbal and salt bath, and anything that creates relaxation). 
 
*Do not hide in your home or under your bed without building a support system of: family,  friends, and community. You deserve love and you must be open to receive from others.

*Get some paper or type into computer document because you need this!  Journal, write, and draw your feelings, thoughts, and emotions.  Let it all out!  So much subconscious information and do not judge the process.

*If the trauma was deep and feeling it is difficult to move forward then you must seek more healing structure with a therapist.  So many amazing professionals available that want to help!

*Want to heal your trauma 100%?  Yes, I did say 100% because I know that trauma is not a life long sentence of suffering and pain.  Find a therapist: Somatic therapy, Hakomi method, MDR, Body Psychotherapy, Energy Medicine, Spiritual Counseling, Trager Approach, Expressive therapy, Energy Psychology, and Sensorimotor Psychology.

*More self work...sign up for some workshops in your community or online that focus on healing the mind and body by providing clarity, self awareness, emotional wellness, and creativity.    

*Need more help?  Create a ceremony: spiritual healing ceremony, 40 days ceremony, and or a rebirthing ceremony.  This will create intentions and new rituals for the next level of your life.

*Do not forget...create positive intentions and surround yourself with positive items, words, and visual reminders that promote joy and love.

*Make a special spiritual altar where you can reflect and build upon with loving items, images, and words. Maybe even meditate in that space. 

*Find time to focus on your spiritual heart by creating a blessing, prayer, by chanting and meditation to allow you to connect to the body by releasing, rebuilding, and renewing.
